Before you write to us
Answers to the most common questions about the first contact and how information is handled.
What information should I include in the first contact?
A brief description of your sector, the size of the organization, the security challenge observed and, if any, prior findings or incidents. There is no need to disclose sensitive data at this stage.
Is the initial advisory free of charge?
Yes. The scoping conversation is free and aimed at defining the problem. The commercial proposal is presented only after the scope of work is agreed.
How is the information shared protected?
All communication is treated as confidential. For detailed technical exchanges, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is formalized before receiving documentation or credentials.
Do you handle ongoing incidents?
Yes. For active incidents —account compromise, ransomware or suspected exfiltration— note it in the subject line so we can prioritize the response and activate the corresponding protocol.
Does your case not fit the above? Write to hola@qriptia.com and the team will guide you.
